What do I need to sign up?
A valid email address, your full name, and your National Producer Number (NPN). NPN is required — we use it to verify your active insurance license before granting access.
How long does account activation take?
Typically 1–2 business days. Once we verify your NPN and confirm your license is active, you'll receive an email and can log in immediately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitments. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period.
What kind of leads can I import?
Any CSV file from any lead vendor. Common field names (first name, last name, phone, address, mortgage amount, etc.) are recognized automatically. You can also map fields manually.
Does it integrate with Google Calendar?
Yes. Connect your Google account from the Settings page and every appointment you book in LyfAgentOS will automatically sync to your Google Calendar.
Is my lead data private?
Completely. Your lead data is isolated to your account and never shared with other agents, third parties, or used for any purpose beyond running your CRM. Row-level security enforces this at the database level.
